Over 654K credits were issued this week with the credits coming from three livestock projects, a single forestry project as well as one ODS project. Quebec released more than 4.1K credits for one Landfill methane destruction project.
The bulk of this week’s issuances (over 85%) came from Western Rivers Conservancy’s Blue Creek (ACR282) forestry project which generated over 540K credits from its first reporting period with over 103K credits in the buffer pool. It remains the sole Californian project to be awarded credits for this week.
ClimeCo ODS Destruction 20 (CAR1258) was the recipient of over 72K credits from its first reporting period and was the second highest recipient of credits for the week. 41K credits were awarded to three livestock projects. RES Ag – DM4-3 (CAR1132) of RES Agriculture NC 1 accrued over 10.5K credits from its third reporting period. It has generated over 11K credits from two previous reporting periods and is one of the two livestock projects of RES Agriculture NC 1.

The WTE-S&S Ag Enterprise livestock project of Camco International Group generated over 20K credits from its second reporting period. In an unfortunate incident, ARB retired 847,895 ARB Offset Credits from the Forest Buffer Account on account of fires affecting the Trinity Timberlands University Hill Improved Forest Management Project (CAR1046) forestry project.
A small amount of 39.8K CCO 8s from two livestock projects underwent conversion to lower risk CCO 3s. The WTE-S&S Ag Enterprise livestock project of Camco International Group saw a conversion of over 21K credits from its first reporting period.
Camco International Group holds over 1.3 million CCO 3s from 31 projects and holds the seventh highest amount of CCO 3s in terms of listing entities.
Californian projects hold the highest number of credits by far with over 17 million credits issued till now which is almost double the number of credits of Arkansas whose projects hold the second highest number of credits.
